INDIO Claims Management Database was originally written for a local CAT adjusting firm. It allowed the manager to enter, assign, track and close virtually an unlimited number of claims by an unlimited number of adjusters with ease and precision. A variety of reports provided the essential information to track the claims process. It has continually been improved to encompass the needs of a larger property claims industry. And we want the program to continue to grow in it's flexibility to include a larger portion of the claims industry. We are constantly soliciting input from companies that can provide us with guidance which will allow the application to encompass a larger segment of the adjusting industry. Come and work with us.
