The INDIO Claims Management System was originally written for a local CAT adjusting firm. It allowed the manager to enter, assign, track and close virtually an unlimited number of claims by an unlimited number of adjusters with ease and precision. A variety of reports provided the essential information to track the claims process. It has continually been improved to encompass the needs of a larger property claims industry. And we want the program to continue to grow in it's flexibility. We are constantly soliciting input from companies that can provide us with guidance which will allow the application
