INDIO Software, Inc. helped with the four 2004 hurricane disasters in Florida. Over 10,000 claims have been managed with the INDIO Claims Management Database from
a single CAT office, utilizing over 100 adjusters with a networked server. Up to a dozen simultaneous users were accessing the database over 50,000 times for opening claims, diary updates, claims assignments, claims tracking, claims closing and a wide variety of claims reporting.
