INDIO Software, Inc. helped with the four 2005 hurricane disasters in Florida. Over 10,000 claims have been managed with the INDIO Claims Management System from
a single CAT office, utilizing over 100 adjusters with a networked server. Up to a dozen simultaneous users were accessing the database over 50,000 times for opening claims, diary updates, claims assignments, claims tracking, claims closing and a wide variety of claims reporting.
INDIO Software, Inc. is upgrading and adding enhancements to INDIO Claims
System Version 1.X
with the release of version 1.8. This new version is currently in Beta
testing and is expected to be release in the later part of January or early
February of 2006.
